Ali has traveled over 37 countries and delivered many leadership and organizational development seminars as a trainer and facilitator. He earned his MPA from Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, and his Bachelor in Marketing Management from University of Indonesia. He is also an accredited External Coach Intensive from the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program.

Prior co-founding Insight Out, he worked for Ernst & Young, AIESEC Asia Pacific, and Total E&P before joining Unilever and gain experience in the area of Finance and People. Beside Indonesia, Edwin served both in national and regional role in country such as Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. His area of expertise are Business Partnering, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement.
Edwin is a Certified Professional Coach and also Certified HR Professional, he earned his bachelor of Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran . Edwin plays piano and love to watch music concerts.

Fadil is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Insight Out. He is a trainer and consultant specializing in People Development, Business and Financial Planning, and Education Development. He has vast experiences and involvements in the education sector, including managing the development of over 3,000 students for schools in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung.
Fadil earned his Master Degree in Financial Management and his Bachelor in Human Resources Management, both at University of Surabaya. A loyal servant to the field of education, Fadil continues his passion for people development by teaching regularly at University of Surabaya.

Rizky is the Business Development Artist of Insight Out. He is highly passionate about marketing, business development and art, even though his educational background in Economics. In Indonesia and Italy, Rizky has solved bottlenecks of creative industry enterprises, multinational companies, as well as national and international nonprofit organizations. Through combining his strong business logic and intuition, he constantly challenges himself to create something out of nothing. Hence, an artist.
Rizky earned his Bachelor in Economics at Brawijaya University, concentrated on Finance and Banking. It will be interesting to meet him and talk about the passion of balancing the economic activities to social impact. Never hesitate!

Meet Fahmi, our Illustrator and Graphic Designer, the brain behind our awesome visual design. Prior to Insight Out, Fahmi has developed visual designs and illustrations for clients in Indonesia and abroad. His works varied across industries from book publishing to oil industry.
Fahmi graduated his Bachelor in Visual Communication Design from ARS International University Bandung. In addition, for 1.5 year he also studied Product Design in The Faculty of Art and Design at Bandung Institute of Technology (FSRD ITB). A true wizard, Fahmi creates magic for the eyes.

Khalilah is the Prowess Enabler of Insight Out. She is motivated and enthusiastic about passion and purpose area, regardless of her educational background in Accounting. By becoming prowess enabler, she encouraged to help potential people with a great ability to be able to live their passion and purpose in life.
Khalilah earned her Bachelor Degree in Economics at Bina Nusantara University, majoring in Accounting and concentrated on Audit. She is one of Student Exchange of AIMS (ASEAN International Mobility for Student) Program from September 2013 – February 2014 at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in Shah-Alam, Selangor, Malaysia and received AIMS Scholarship for that, this program is a collaboration between the Southeast Asian Ministry of Education and Culture with the Commissions of Higher Education in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
